How to control changes: simple changes log for your site

Every project likes updates and positive changes. But not every time projects have positive changes – sometimes you can find some trouble: low page views, down conversion, order etc.

How to find reasons? Of course – you need to control all changes in some log. You can know that your command made with the project and whether know also it can be the cause of some mistakes. You have two ways.

1. I use asana, create the special tasks with a list of changes and mark them as special tag “Changes” and check them as “Complete” at once.

In asana calendar, you can find your changes (task) by date use “List” options and show completed tasks sorting by tag “Changes”.

2. Use Excel and write all changes in some table with date and name of changes. But this is nonuseful, because you need to use Excel docs.

Anyway, when you find some trouble you can look back and analyze what you did before this.
