ProductHunt, how about more free content?

Hi, guys! You have a real cool project. I read your site every morning and evening. You collect many interesting and perspective startups. You merge many CEOs and managers and take to all users a good channel to communications. But… you forgot about most important things.

Many users voted for projects and somebody adding comments. That’s all? Yes, for many startups it is the one of the global goal – be a published on PH, Techcrunch, etc. Hmm, ok, guys have a nice idea! But do you really want to write about this “projects”?

Can you think about more perspective? For example. Some startup published on your site. Collected many votes and took much feedback. And… what after this? The project goes down in the list and we forget about it?

Where owners of startups can publish news about themselves?

Many users want to follow for interesting projects and collect all information about them. Project news by users or articles it’s a new unique content, new expertise, new experience and more social and organic traffic for Product Hunt.

P.S. I don’t say already that how you “extends the life” of your main users – startups, inside your project. Think about this, it can be really useful for many users.

P.S.2 And I really want to join the conversation (some) on your site, but I don’t’ have any friends on PH. How can I do this?
